Cad Drafter

CAD Drafter Duties:

Utilize CAD software to create accurate drawings and maps based on survey data, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking plans. Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards, local regulations and client specifications. Incorporate feedback from surveyors and managers to make necessary revisions and updates to drawings. Maintain organized files and documentation of all drafting projects for future reference. Collaborate with field survey teams to clarify data and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the drafting process.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in land surveying is a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in interpreting survey data, including understanding of coordinate systems, elevation data, and survey measurements. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project priorities.
