Drafter

## Overview We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating Shop Drawings for a High-end Residential Millwork Shop including: kitchens and custom cabinetry. Auto CAD & Sketch Up are Mandatory and experience in Microvellum Software is very important. This is not a remote position. In office presence required in Summit, NJ This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for drafting and design to contribute to exciting projects in very high-end residential construction. ## Duties

• Create Shop Drawings for a Millwork Shop
• Create detailed schematics, diagrams, and drawings using software such as Microvellum, AutoCAD, and other CAD tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to translate concepts into technical drawings.
• Assist in the development of plans for construction projects.
• Review and modify designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Contribute to the build process by providing accurate and precise drafts. ## Skills
• Proficiency in Microvellum, AutoCAD, and CAD software type software.
• Strong ability to draft and build technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in creating schematics and plans.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
