DOE Ōnin Staffing is hiring a CAD Drafter for a client in the Rio Rancho area. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with strong drafting experience, attention to detail, and proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Job Responsibilities Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings. Revise and create installation sheets for website content. Complete submittals as requested. Edit and modify drawings as needed. Archive and issue revised drawings. Review work orders, submittal drawings, and project details. Communicate clearly with team members regarding drawings, details, and design concepts.

Skills and Experience:

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2-5 years of related drafting experience required. Technical school education or drafting certification is a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks or equivalent programs required. Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry programs required. Ability to read and understand work orders, submittals, drawings, and engineering details. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with little supervision. High attention to detail and accuracy.
