CAD Drafter (Electrical One-Line Diagrams) Overview We are expanding our engineering team and looking for a detail-oriented CAD Drafter specializing in industrial electrical systems. If you excel at transforming field data into precise technical drawings, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview:
In this role, you will bridge the gap between field surveys and final engineering documentation. You will analyze raw field data—including equipment photographs, nameplate data, and survey notes—to develop accurate Electrical One-Line Diagrams.
Key Responsibilities:
Create clear, comprehensive electrical one-line diagrams using AutoCAD. Interpret field photos and survey notes to identify electrical components, ratings, and circuitry. Work closely with field surveyors and other drafters to resolve data gaps.
Qualifications:
Proven experience drafting electrical one-line diagrams. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong ability to read and interpret electrical nameplates, breaker, fuses, and survey data. Excellent attention to detail and spatial problem-solving skills. Duties Create clear, comprehensive electrical one-line diagrams using AutoCAD.
