We design, engineer, and fabricate custom furniture, paneling, and architectural elements with a focus on precision, craftsmanship, and efficient production workflows. We're looking for a Millwork Drafter who can confidently develop shop drawings while continuing to grow their technical understanding of fabrication, materials, and construction. This role sits at the core of our process—bridging design intent with real-world production What You'll Do Produce detailed shop drawings and submittals in Rhino for client approval and fabrication Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and shop teams to resolve design and construction details Develop drawing sets that align with CNC workflows, material constraints, and installation requirements Manage drawing revisions and approvals within Innergy ERP (or similar systems) Maintain clear, organized files and consistent drafting standards across projects

Requirements:

Experience in millwork drafting, architectural drafting, or related field Proficiency in Rhino. While other CAD programs are useful we exclusively use Rhino .
