Job Requirements:

Must have valid NYS Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification. Must be willing to work in Queens County Proficient in English, Bilingual Preferred Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, and meals Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed Respect diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
