You'll work directly with Crew Chiefs, Project Managers, and the Partners. What You'll Do Reduce raw field data and produce finished drawings in Carlson Survey Draft record drawings, map production, boundary surveys, topographic maps, and easement exhibits Prepare legal descriptions and exhibit drawings Maintain CAD standards, blocks, and templates Coordinate with field crews to clarify data and identify gaps QA/QC your own work before submitting for PS review What We're Looking For 2+ years of drafting experience in land surveying or civil engineering Proficient in Carlson Survey, or strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D with willingness to learn Carlson Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple active projects Strong written communication for legal descriptions and client deliverables Nice to Have Ability to read deeds, plats, and legal descriptions Ohio survey standards and Summit/surrounding county recording requirements Compensation & Benefits $24-$32/hour, based on experience Paid time off and paid holidays Continuing education support Stable office schedule, M-F How to
