Job Summary:
Design custom stainless steel equipment and architectural millwork for the foodservice industry. Create accurate, code-compliant fabrication drawings that meet customer requirements, industry standards, and production schedules.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise design and fabrication drawings per customer and architectural specifications Collaborate with Sales on design standards and special project requirements Submit drawings for customer approval and incorporate approved changes Maintain organized project documentation and job files Use CAD software including SolidWorks and AutoCAD Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
Qualifications:
5+ years of metal fabrication engineering experience (stainless steel preferred) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office CNC programming experience a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Work Environment:
Office-based with occasional plant visits and limited travel. May occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
