In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and 3D models that bring architectural and cabinetry projects to life. Your expertise will help streamline the design process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from initial concept through to production. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge CAD software and contribute to high-quality construction and interior projects. Duties Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for cabinetry, furniture, and architectural components using industry-standard software. Utilize Cabinet Vision software to generate shop drawings, cut lists, and manufacturing instructions that facilitate seamless production workflows. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design concepts into precise technical schematics. Incorporate design modifications based on client feedback, technical constraints, or project specifications while maintaining accuracy. Integrate additional CAD tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, as needed for comprehensive project development. Prepare detailed schematics and mechanical designs to support construction and fabrication processes. Assist in creating visual presentations including 2D animations or walkthroughs to effectively communicate design intent. Requirements Proven experience with CAD drafting in construction, architecture, or manufacturing environments. Strong proficiency in Cabinet Vision software; familiarity with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, SolidWorks, NavisWorks is highly desirable. Knowledge of mechanical design principles and drafting standards. Ability to produce clear schematics and detailed technical drawings aligned with industry best practices. Experience working on construction projects or interior fit-outs is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
