Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary Action Group Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Drafter/AutoCAD professional to support design and production teams in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams to bring designs to life. The ideal candidate has strong AutoCAD skills and a keen eye for detail. Job Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD Prior drafting or design experience preferred High School Diploma or GED (Associate's in Drafting/Design a plus) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math and measurement skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills Pass drug screen and background check Responsibilities Create, modify, and maintain detailed drawings using AutoCAD Interpret specifications, sketches, and design instructions Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accuracy Review drawings for completeness and accuracy before release Update and revise drawings based on feedback or project changes Maintain organized drawing files and documentation Ensure all drawings comply with company and industry standards Assist with other design or production-related tasks as needed #INDT
