Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Allentown, PA. This position involves modeling and drafting HVAC, Mechanical Piping, and Plumbing systems, as well as creating design documents using Revit software.
Responsibilities
Model and draft HVAC, Mechanical Piping, and Plumbing systems.
Create and update design documents adhering to company drafting standards.
Develop design documents for permit procurement, construction direction, and as-built documentation using Revit.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Revit software.
Focus on the professional development of Mechanical and Plumbing models for design documents in a time-sensitive manner.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed, with opportunities for growth in design development, laser scanning implementation, and BIM-related coordination.
Qualifications
Desired qualifications include a minimum of 3 years' experience in the following areas:
Autodesk Revit software experience (Architecture, MEP, Structural).
Autodesk Navisworks software experience (Manage, Simulate).
Autodesk MEP software experience (Architecture, MEP, Structural).
Understanding of Building Mechanical Systems (HVAC, Mechanical Piping, Plumbing).
(Optional) Autodesk Revit content creation experience.
(Optional) Laser scanning or Surveying experience.
(Optional) Autodesk Fabrication software experience.
(Optional) Autodesk Fabrication content creation experience.
