DOERequirements:
Asscoiates Degree in Mechanical Design, CAD Technology or related field, 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Field, Proficiency in Solidworks, 2D CAD, Familiarity with GD&T, tolerances, drafting standardsWe are seeking a Mechanical Design Drafter to support engineering and product development efforts for complex mechanical systems. This role will focus on creating 3D models, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings using CAD tools.
Responsibilities:
Develop 3D models, layouts, and 2D drawings using SolidWorksReview and update drawings for accuracy and manufacturabilityManage revisions and documentation changesCreate bills of materials and select componentsSupport product specifications and standard procedures
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Mechanical Design, CAD Technology, or related field3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentProficiency in SolidWorks and 2D CAD (PDM experience preferred)Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, assemblies)Familiarity with GD&T, tolerances, and drafting standards
