Work Model:

Onsite•onsite Responsibilities Create and maintain CAD drawings and 3D models for valve components and assemblies Prepare fabrication and assembly drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and materials specified Develop installation drawings and service documentation Update drawings based on engineering changes, manufacturing feedback, and customer needs Support new product development and design modifications Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure designs are manufacturable and compliant Apply GD&T standards and support prototype testing Assist with tooling and fixture design for production efficiency Requirements Associate degree in Mechanical Design, CAD Technology, or related field 2+ years of CAD design experience in manufacturing Proficient in Creo, SolidWorks, Inventor, or AutoCAD Strong knowledge of drafting standards, GD&T, and tolerance analysis Familiarity with machining processes (CNC turning, milling, grinding, assembly) Valve design or ERP/PLM experience a plus System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
