Pioneer Management, LLC has the following position available: Full-time and In-Person, AutoCAD "Civil 3D" Drafter/Designer Pioneer Management, LLC, a Land Development firm in Lancaster, PA is looking for a person to fill a full-time design/drafting position. The primary function of this position will be to design, draft and complete working drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Position Description /

Responsibilities:

Create 2D/3D CAD drawings based on experience and verbal directions Work independently and efficiently to meet designated deadlines Some Flexible weekly hours as necessary (No Remote Working)

Knowledge and Experience:

Associates Degree in AutoCAD with experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred 0-3 years of experience in the civil engineering field (subdivision and/or land development) required Ability to read and understand civil blue prints and detail drawings Knowledge of general development/engineering practices required Strong communication skills and a desire to work alongside other team members Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs Pioneer offers competitive wages based on experience.
