This is a full-time, onsite CAD Draftsperson role located in Lititz, PA with up to two days a week permitted for remote work. Under the direction of a Project Manager and working within the structure of a project team, the draftsperson will produce detailed site designs and drawings packages according to plans and specifications provided by our team of landscape architects and civil engineers to be utilized for permitting, bidding, and construction.Qualifications:
2 years + of professional experience with a landscape architecture or civil engineering firm Technical degree or training preferred with emphasis on design drafting Ability to translate initial concepts and preliminary design ideas into formal technical drawings that include demolition, layout, grading, landscape, stormwater, erosion control, and site utility plans Comprehensive knowledge of AutoDesk Civil3D software Basic knowledge in site layout and grading Basic knowledge in design criteria/detailing Basic knowledge in plan preparation and organization Good writing and communication skills including ability to communicate effectively with the project teams on specific tasks within projects Professional registration and certification are not require Your technical skills will directly impact the success of diverse projects across the country.
