May 8, 2026 : #Tech-Pro-Admin-01 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and self-starting Process BIM/CAD Piping Administrator with a passion for leading and managing BIM/CAD standards. This role involves project-specific BIM/CAD setup for clients requiring primarily 3D-based deliverables. The position is based in Portland, a vibrant city known for its thriving arts scene, beautiful parks, and strong commitment to sustainability. Responsibilities Coordinate clash detection and adjudication. Conduct layer auditing and facilitate changes in BIM/CAD standards with the Design Automation Group. Communicate and coordinate with the Design Automation Group and design leads for piping designer concerns. Set up and facilitate designer check-ins. Update the BIM Team with new information on software and workflows. Administer and develop training materials. Document workflows and tools related to BIM/CAD software. Conduct piping designer onboarding for projects. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in the layout of process and mechanical equipment and associated piping design. At least 3 years of experience in a BIM/CAD admin role. Advanced user of Revit 3D design software with a minimum of 3 years of experience as both a designer and performing BIM/CAD admin work. Well-organized with strong communication skills. Interest in leading other designers and managing BIM/CAD standards. Experience with Navisworks is ideal. Semiconductor/Microelectronics experience is a plus. Schedule Two days in the office are preferred, but remote work will be considered for the right candidate.
