Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented CAD Drafter at the entry level to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will assist in creating precise technical drawings and 3D models that support architectural, engineering, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of CAD software, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for building design and documentation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), construction detailing, and system design within a collaborative environment committed to innovation and quality. Ability to travel locally for fielding of utility poles w/ reliable transportation 0 to 1 year of fielding experience with utility pole lines or experience in distribution design Must be a U.S. Citizen Ability to travel locally for fielding of utility poles w/ reliable transportation CAD/Civil3D Experience is preferred (permit plans, plan and profile type drawings)
