We are seeking an experienced PEB_MBS_ Designer(Detailer/Drafter) to support metal building design and detailing activities. Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with US-based clients and stakeholders. Strong coordination skills with engineering, detailing, fabrication, project management, and offshore teams. The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of Metal Building Systems (MBS/PEB) , good coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering, detailing, fabrication, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strong hands-on experience in Metal Building Systems / Pre-Engineered Buildings (MBS/PEB) demonstrated US project exposure will be preferred. Experience with MBS_PEB modelling and detailing. Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and engineering drawings. Understanding of fabrication and erection requirements. Knowledge of US metal building industry practices and standards is preferred. Good knowledge of drawing preparation, checking, and document control. Comfortable working with both onsite and offshore engineering/detailing teams. Develop and review MBS/PEB building models, layouts, framing arrangements, and associated design/detailing deliverables. Review model outputs, drawings, BOM/MTO, and fabrication-related information for completeness and accuracy. Identify clashes, inconsistencies, constructability issues and provide resolution. Support preparation and checking of shop/fabrication drawings and related Assist in developing standard practices, checklists, templates, and workflows for MBS/PEB projects.
