Job Description

We are looking for an experienced 3D Architectural Renderer / Designer based in the Philippines or India to create easy-to-visualize 3D renderings from CAD drawings for a custom home project. This includes both interior and exterior renderings . The project is immediate and requires someone who can deliver high-quality, realistic images from our CAD files.

Responsibilities:

Review CAD drawings and floor plans Create 3D exterior and interior renderings Visualize layout, finishes, furniture placement, lighting, and design details Revise work based on feedback Deliver high-quality final images on time

Requirements:

Must be based in the Philippines or India Experience converting CAD drawings into 3D renderings Strong portfolio of architectural 3D work Ability to render both interior and exterior spaces Good communication skills Must provide samples of previous work

Preferred Skills:

SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds

Max, V-Ray, Blender, Photoshop To Apply:
