We are partnering with several well-established engineering and surveying firms throughout New England seeking experienced CAD Designers to support a variety of land development, civil infrastructure, and land surveying projects. These organizations range from growing boutique consultancies to respected regional firms, all offering strong project backlogs, diverse project exposure, and long-term career opportunities. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and modify construction plans, site development drawings, survey plans, and utility layouts using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.
  • Support engineering and surveying teams on land development, transportation, municipal, utility, and infrastructure projects.
  • Assist with grading, drainage, roadway, utility, and site design drafting efforts.
  • Develop existing conditions plans, boundary surveys, subdivision plans, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, project managers, and clients to ensure project accuracy and timely completion.

Qualifications:
  • Experience utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D or Carlson within a civil engineering, land surveying, or land development environment.
  • Background supporting land development, civil infrastructure, municipal, transportation, or surveying projects.
  • Understanding of site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and survey documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Associate's degree, technical training, or equivalent experience in CAD Drafting, Engineering Technology, Surveying, or a related field preferred.
Pay Range:
$30.00/hr.- $55.00/hr.
