JOB SUMMARY

At ONEOK, you'll contribute to delivering energy products and services that power progress while gaining hands-on designer experience within the natural gas gathering and processing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and updating pipeline and plant instrumentation drawings, creating 3D models, designing lot plans, and elevation drawings. You'll also generate bills of material to support project execution. We're looking for someone with natural gas industry experience working with CAD Worx Plant and Structure. Success in this role requires a collaborative mindset, strong modeling and planning skills, and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Interpret complex sketches, redlines, specification outlines, or logic diagrams to prepare advanced-level designs of systems, structures, equipment, plant components or assemblies Responsible for creating complex design drawings from general flow diagrams, including the creation of piping isometric drawings for construction related activities with the use of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Responsible for advanced level design drawings regarding drainage, grade plans, and structural elements from site proposals, surveys, and basemaps with the use of CAD software Develop detailed design drawings from general schematic and equipment drawings with the use of CAD software Coordinate and manage layout design and associated specifications; including any design/specification changes Produce pipeline alignment drawings from preliminary surveys and topography Verify fabrication and construction via field inspections Perform interdisciplinary review of drawing sets Education Bachelor's Degree or technical school certificate along with the following job-related experience preferred: Work Experience Experience in the use and function of design tools and office equipment Previous advanced design and advanced drafting experience
