- :•Join a dynamic engineering team responsible for producing accurate and detailed architectural and civil construction drawings for a variety of projects including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
The role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate conceptual designs into practical, buildable documentation.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and civil drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
- sketches, specifications, and design concepts into clear and precise construction documents.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical elements.
- Update and revise existing drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
- Assist in preparing layouts, elevations, sections, and details.
- Maintain organized records of project drawings and documentation.
- Participate in site visits as needed to gather information or verify conditions.
- Collaborate in resolving design and documentation issues with team members.
- Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Architectural or Civil Drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard drafting tools.
- Solid understanding of architectural and civil engineering principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with building codes and construction documentation is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
