El Paso, TX Job Details Full-time $40,000 - $60,000 an hour 19 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications School drafting Boundary law CAD simulation Blueprint creation using CAD software Boundary determination Full Job Description Senior Survey CAD Drafter needed in Downtown El Paso, TX for a fast-growing land surveying and civil engineering firm serving the Paso Del Norte region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, entrepreneurial, tight-knit team where your survey drafting expertise will be highly visible, directly impactful, and supported by mentorship from professionals with decades of experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Survey CAD Drafter position include: Minimum 5+ years of relevant survey CAD drafting experience preferred, with practical experience valued over formal education. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with strong experience producing clean, accurate survey deliverables. Prepare boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, subdivision plats, improvement plans, site plans, and topographic surveys. Experience working under an RPLS is strongly preferred. Ability to independently prepare survey plats and subdivision documents with minimal oversight. Strong understanding of legal descriptions, surveying standards, plat requirements, and municipal submission formatting. Ability to provide high-quality work samples and demonstrate previous project experience. Willingness to work onsite in Downtown El Paso, with overtime expected when project schedules require it.
Salary :
$40,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
