In this role, you will transform conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings that drive successful project execution. Your expertise in CAD software and drafting standards will be instrumental in creating accurate, comprehensive plans that meet client specifications and industry regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in construction. Responsibilities Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software to support architectural, and structural design projects Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to interpret sketches, and technical specifications into precise digital models Prepare construction documents, plans, sections, elevations, and details for review and approval Incorporate feedback from project teams to refine drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards Utilize additional tools such as Fusion 360 as needed for specialized modeling tasks Maintain organized digital files and documentation for easy access and version control Assist in quality control by reviewing drawings for errors or inconsistencies before submission Qualifications Associates or Certification in AutoCAD is essential Strong understanding of drafting standards across disciplines such as architecture, or construction systems Skilled in creating detailed drawings for various applications including interior design and system layouts Knowledge of graphic design principles and 2D animation techniques is a plus Ability to interpret sketches and technical specifications accurately while adhering to project deadlines Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for precision in digital drafting Join us if you're eager to bring innovative designs to life through expert drafting!
