Create technical drawings and construction documents for residential projects using CAD software based on provided concepts and sketches. Draft floor plans, elevations, and basic residential layouts for single-family and multi-family housing projects to support the design and permitting process. Coordinate with the project team to incorporate provided structural and mechanical information into drawing sets and ensure consistency across documents. Assist with reviewing materials and preparing drawing notes, schedules, and documentation needed for permit submittals and construction. Support space planning and interior layout revisions based on project requirements and client feedback.

Requirements:

24 months of experience in any architectural or design role.
