Job Description

We are currently seeking a Revit Drafter Designer professional to join our team and contribute to the explosive growth NeoPod Systems™ is experiencing. Reporting to the Director of Program Delivery and Design Management, the incumbent will be responsible for producing BIM & Shop Drawings which include layouts, shop templates, sub-assemblies, cut lists, fixturing, and finishes for the manufacturing of prefabricated modular solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare thorough floor plans, elevations, sections and details of frames, walls, floors, fixtures, cabinets, plumbing, and accessories for client approval and fabrication. Work with an existing team to coordinate drawings and provide quality design work to established specifications Assist PM's with changes and additions to drawings as needed Work with various vendors in determining the correct product to be used on a project Document, organize and maintain project information Follow drafting schedule and adapt to changes promptly Ensure project scope is being met in line with the estimated price Proactively communicate product or schedule concerns with other departments
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Architecture or similar discipline 2-5 years of experience using Revit to produce detailed shop drawings and/or architectural drawings Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Office) Keen eye for detail and ability to visualize and understand 3-D dimensions Strong writing and verbal communication skills Thrives in a collaborative team environment Experience in manufacturing and/or architectural disciplines
