Job Description Position Summary Detail-oriented design professional specializing in Autodesk Revit for both 2D and 3D drafting. Demonstrates a consistent record of producing accurate, fully coordinated construction drawing packages (Drafters are required to submit work before interview) Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Revit. Produce comprehensive construction documentation packages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements. Manage document control processes, including versioning, approvals, and audit readiness. Lead and coordinate Revit teams, setting standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks. Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless project coordination and clash resolution. Develop and deliver Revit-based training programs to improve team capability and standardization. Support project delivery across commercial and data center sectors, ensuring adherence to timelines and technical specifications. Qualifications Qualifications & Skills Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for both drafting and model coordination. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting and legacy drawing support. Proficiency in Bluebeam for document review, markup, and collaboration workflows. Strong understanding of construction documentation standards and practices. Proven understanding in managing Revit and workflows. Ability to conduct and interpret markups and revisions accurately.
