Responsibilities:
Create detailed AutoCAD drawings forHEI / ASME
Section VIII pressure vessels, including layout, assembly, and detailed fabrication drawings. Act as a liaison between engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet technical specifications and industry standards. Analyze and verify design integrity to comply with ASME Section VIII and/or HEI requirements. Review and interpret technical documents, including specifications, codes, and standards. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including design reports and bills of material. Participate in design reviews and provide technical support during the manufacturing process. Maintain accurate records of design changes and revisions.Qualifications:
Associate's degree in engineering, drafting, or related job experience. Proven experience with AutoCAD, Drafting and Design, preferably in the pressure vessel industry. Knowledge ofHEI / ASME
Section VIII standards and pressure vessel design principles is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting software. Fusion and Plant 3D are a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while occasionally being self-directed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with 3D modeling software such as Fusion and Plant 3D. Familiarity with other relevant codes and standards (e.g., API, ASTM). Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.Benefits:
