Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Design & Materials Coordinator . This full-time, on-site role is based at our corporate office in Verona, WI, and is ideal for someone with a passion for construction design and materials planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate construction drawings and technical details for custom buildings. Develop complete material lists and specifications for each project. Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of construction practices, materials, and terminology. Strong math and problem-solving skills. Proficient in general computer use; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
