Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support capital projects, process optimization, equipment integration, and manufacturing improvements in the FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or consumer products industry. Key Responsibilities Support capital projects, process design, and production improvements. Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and mass balances. Lead batching, formulation, mixing, blending, and liquid processing activities. Prepare equipment specifications and technical evaluations. Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with GMP, process safety, and engineering standards. Required Qualifications 10-15 years of relevant process engineering experience. Strong experience in liquid-product or personal-care manufacturing, such as shampoos, conditioners, lotions, and body wash. Knowledge of hygienic process design and CIP/SIP systems. Experience with greenfield and brownfield capital projects. Proficiency in PFDs, P&IDs, and process calculations. Strong communication and project coordination skills. Ability to work onsite in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Preferred Qualifications PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification. Experience in process safety, utility systems, vendor management, and FAT/SAT activities.
