Are you passionate about solving complex manufacturing challenges and improving high-tech processes? We're looking for a Process Engineer to join our growing semiconductor operations team. In this role, you'll play a key part in optimizing precision cleaning processes used to refurbish critical semiconductor equipment components that support some of the world's most advanced manufacturing technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative engineering team where you'll have the autonomy to lead process improvements, solve technical challenges, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do As a Process Engineer, you'll be responsible for improving manufacturing performance by developing and optimizing precision cleaning processes while supporting production, quality, and customer requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Develop, optimize, and validate precision cleaning processes for semiconductor equipment components.

+ Improve process capability, production throughput, equipment reliability, and manufacturing capacity.

+ Lead equipment and process improvement projects from concept through installation, commissioning, and validation.

+ Investigate process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions ( CAPA ).

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

+ Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Customer teams to resolve technical challenges and improve manufacturing performance.

+ Analyze process data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce variability, and increase product quality.

+ Support the implementation of best practices, standardized work, and Lean manufacturing initiatives. What We're Looking For We're seeking an engineer who enjoys working on the manufacturing floor, solving technical problems, and continuously improving processes. Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or another technical discipline.

+ Equivalent industry experience will also be considered for candidates with extensive precision cleaning or semiconductor manufacturing experience. + 3+ years of experience in:

+ Semiconductor manufacturing

+ Process engineering

+ Precision cleaning operations

+ Experience supporting semiconductor equipment components or refurbishment processes.

+ Experience with one or more of the following technologies:

+ Dry Etch

+ Thin Films

+ PVD

+ CVD

+ ALD

+ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.

+ Experience leading process or equipment improvement projects.

+ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) is a plus.

+ Bilingual Japanese and English communication skills are strongly preferred.

+ Experience working with Japanese semiconductor customers, equipment manufacturers, or engineering organizations is highly desirable. Why Join Us?
