As a Control Systems Senior Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and refining the electronic systems that power our machines-ensuring they deliver the right features and performance for every challenge. Yes What You Will Do:

+ Design advanced electrical control systems and integrating electrical and mechanical systems. + Design and implement control logic and procedures to control and enhance electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices performance in collaboration with machine product teams. + Assess the feasibility of product and subsystem requirements and refine them into a clear, unambiguous, and verifiable set. + Translate the refined requirements into detailed specifications that guide the design, development, and implementation of the system. + Work with the verification team to ensure proper test plans are in place. + Analyze field data to diagnose control logic and field issues. What You Will Have (Basic Requirements):

• Education Requirement:

  Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science

•

Analytical Thinking:

Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Level Extensive Experience:

• Communicating Complex Concepts:

  Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.

• Problem Solving:

  Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

• Technical Troubleshooting:

  Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.

• Requirements Analysis:

  Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.

Product Testing:

Knowledge of product testing approaches, techniques and tools; ability to design, plan and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure product quality at all stages of manufacturing. What Will Set You Apart (Top Candidates Will Have): + Electrical components / systems experience. Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot basic machine wiring issues + Experience developing embedded real-time software or systems for mobile, earthmoving, agricultural, industrial, or off-highway applications + Experience with FMEA processes and a basic knowledge of electronic system failure modes

BI Summary Pay Range:

$112,710.00

• $169,060.
