Research and Development Director Position Summary :

Work closely with Process Engineer. Supervise and troubleshoot any issue on production batches. Support R D team on lab batch, costing and formula entry. Tasks/ Responsibilities including but not limited to: Troubleshoot any issue related to production batches Verified lab batch process prior scale up. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions. Monitor the first three scale-up production batches for all new SKUs Review and revised the manufacturing process based on scale up production batches Support R D team on lab batch, costing and formula entry. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills and Abilities:

Technical knowledge on tank equipment in manufacturing floor Problem Solving/Analytical Able to work independently in production floor Decision making is required in scale up batch supervision Teamwork Orientation Chemistry Techniques Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions in oral and written form Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related technical field 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing and production engineering Working Conditions/Job Environment This job operates in a professional office environment.
