  • We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to support the development and production of high-performance rubber extrusion products.
This role will focus on optimizing extrusion processes, improving product quality, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting new equipment and material development. Key Responsibilities Develop and improve rubber extrusion processes for materials including FKM (Viton), EPDM, Neoprene, and Hypalon Support setup, installation, and maintenance of extrusion and autoclave curing equipment Work with tooling teams to improve die design, reduce scrap, and maintain dimensional accuracy Troubleshoot production and curing issues to improve product quality and efficiency Partner with Materials Engineering on testing and new compound development Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on rubber extrusion and autoclave curing experience Strong knowledge of high-performance elastomers including Viton, EPDM, Neoprene, and Hypalon Experience setting extrusion parameters including temperatures, screw speeds, tooling, and dimensional controls Understanding of rubber curing chemistry and continuous curing systems Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field A bit about us:
