Injection Molding Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Injection Molding Process Management :

Operate and maintain a range of Fanuc injection molding machines (150 tons), ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Process Optimization :

Monitor and optimize injection molding parameters to improve cycle times, product quality, and overall efficiency.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance :

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the injection molding process. Conduct routine maintenance and ensure equipment is functioning properly.

Data Monitoring & Analysis :

Record, analyze, and interpret key process data, including molding temperature, pressure, and cycle time, to ensure consistent product quality.

Training & Onboarding :

Assist in the training of new operators and team members on the injection molding process, machinery operation, and safety protocols.

Collaboration :

Work closely with quality control teams to ensure products meet client specifications and regulatory standards.

Safety & Compliance :

Adhere to all safety standards, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience :

2-5 years of experience in injection molding, preferably in a manufacturing environment with Fanuc injection molding machines .

Skills :

Strong understanding of injection molding processes , machine parameters, and product specifications.

Technical Knowledge :

Familiarity with the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of injection molding machines.

Fast Learner :

Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Problem-Solving Skills :

Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize production delays.

Team Player :

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.

Education :

Degree or certification in Engineering or related technical field is a plus.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
