If you can look at a press, hear the cycle, and know exactly which setting to tweak, this role is for you. You will set up, run, and maintain injection molding machines, watch the process closely, and adjust parameters to keep parts within spec and production moving efficiently. Your Mission Set up molds, tools, and dies to prepare machines for production. Operate molding equipment and continuously monitor process behavior. Modify machine settings to sustain quality and repeatability. Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to reduce downtime. Ensure the entire injection molding process operates at peak efficiency. What It Takes Mechanical troubleshooting capability. Experience with injection molding operations. Proficiency in tool/die/mold setup.
