As an Engineer II in Process Development, you'll support continuous improvement, ensure quality standards, and optimize production processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Lead technical projects and provide manufacturing support to help deliver innovative solutions that enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

  • You will play a key role in advancing manufacturing processes and supporting production excellence.
+ Support new product introduction, process improvement, and equipment optimizations initiatives + identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest quality standards + Collaborate with cross functional teams in operations, quality, maintenance, R D, and others to implement sustainable solutions that drive manufacturing excellence.

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field) with 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience or advanced degree
  • Experience
  • + Experience in regulated industries (e.g., GMP, ISO environments) + Exposure to process development, manufacturing support, or engineering projects + Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies + Experience with engineering documentation, specifications, and change control + Experience with automation, controls, and process validation preferred
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • + Strong knowledge of
GMP, ISO
standards, and regulatory requirements + Proficiency in statistical analysis, root cause investigation, and problem-solving + Familiarity with CAD software, manufacturing systems, and data analysis tools + Knowledge of equipment qualification and calibration processes + Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities + Strong project management and organizational skills + Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor and train personnel

  • + Ability to work in cleanroom environments and comply with PPE/gowning requirements + Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call support as needed + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future + Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $79,200.
00-$105,600.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
