- Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Laboratory Setting, Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

- Keys to Success
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field) with 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience or advanced degree
- Experience
- + Experience in regulated industries (e.g., GMP, ISO environments) + Exposure to process development, manufacturing support, or engineering projects + Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies + Experience with engineering documentation, specifications, and change control + Experience with automation, controls, and process validation preferred
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- + Strong knowledge of
GMP, ISO
standards, and regulatory requirements + Proficiency in statistical analysis, root cause investigation, and problem-solving + Familiarity with CAD software, manufacturing systems, and data analysis tools + Knowledge of equipment qualification and calibration processes + Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities + Strong project management and organizational skills + Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor and train personnel- Other
- + Ability to work in cleanroom environments and comply with PPE/gowning requirements + Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call support as needed + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future + Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Compensation and Benefits
- The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $79,200.
