Process Integration Engineer - Optoelectronics Manufacturing The Process Integration Engineer will support a growing optoelectronics manufacturing operation in Colorado Springs, focused on first time builds of highly customized electro optical products. This hands on role owns process development, documentation, and change management in a low volume, high mix environment and partners closely with design, test, quality, and manufacturing teams to support scalable production growth. Key Responsibilities Develop, document, and release manufacturing processes for first time builds of custom electro optical products Own process integration from concept through production, ensuring scalability, repeatability, and traceability Create and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, SOPs, and qualification documentation Support new product introduction (NPI), process improvement, and root cause analysis efforts Collaborate cross functionally with design, test, quality, tooling, and sustaining engineering Work hands on in a cleanroom environment following all safety and quality standards Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in optoelectronics, photonics, or electro optical manufacturing Strong experience with process development, documentation, and FMEA Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Ability to thrive in a low volume, high mix manufacturing environment U.S. Person eligibility under ITAR Preferred Qualifications Experience with NPI, first time builds, and process transfer Cleanroom experience with photonics or fiber optic products Location:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
