Job Description This Automation Engineer will be responsible for: Leading automation and capital equipment projects from concept through implementation Programming and troubleshooting PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment Integrating and optimizing robotic systems across production operations Designing EOAT, fixtures, tooling, and automation solutions using CAD software Conducting root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime, efficiency, and quality MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
