We are currently looking for an experienced Process Technician to join the Bloem team. This person must have experience troubleshooting injection molding machines and completing line-side process adjustments on molds. This person needs to be flexible and able to adjust their work schedule as business needs. This could be day shift, night shift, and/or some weekend coverage.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Set up and effectively operate a variety of injection molding machines and completing line-side process adjustments. Complete assigned mold changes in a safe and timely manner. Provide technical assistance to Production, Tooling and QC departments. Change, hook up, and adjust end of arm tooling; replace suction cups, vacuum lines, broken arm segments, etc. Troubleshoot injection mold process issues and adjust as needed. Ensure cycle times and part quality goals are being met on a shift-by-shift basis. Always adhering to workplace safety protocols.

Qualifications/Physical Demands:

3+ years' experience troubleshooting injection molding machines. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to work in a diverse team environment. Must have attention to detail. Experience with manufacturing software (WMS). Ability to problem-solve and continuously improve quality and productivity. Ability to adjust to the changing needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to effectively communicate with department personnel. Ability to perform manual labor and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work in a hot temperature environment.
