Job Description
Process Technician (Injection Molding) Aurora, IL $29-$38/hr + Bonus + Full Benefits 12-hour night shift (6pm-6am, rotating schedule) We are hiring an experienced Process Technician to support injection molding operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include mold setups, startups, and changeovers, troubleshooting machine, mold, material, and process issues, adjusting process parameters, supporting production, and reducing downtime. You will also ensure quality standards are met, document process changes, and follow 5S/SMED practices.
