The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering principles applied to manufacturing processes, with a focus on optimizing production, ensuring safety, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize chemical manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve process issues. Conduct process simulations, data analysis, and pilot testing to support scale-up and new product development. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout manufacturing operations. Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and standard operating procedures. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements. Support equipment selection, installation, and commissioning activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. Experience in chemical manufacturing environments preferred. Strong understanding of chemical process design and optimization. Familiarity with process simulation software and data analysis tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
