Sr Molding Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support and optimize injection molding operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is critical in driving process stability, quality, and continuous improvement across silicone and thermoplastic molding.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, validate, and optimize injection molding processes (IQ/OQ/PQ) Troubleshoot molding issues and improve process capability (Cp/Cpk) Lead process development for new product introductions (NPI) Collaborate with tooling, quality, and production teams Ensure compliance with FDA/GMP standards and documentation

What We're Looking For:
