Job Description
Talento Search Group has an opening for a Process Engineer in manufacturing in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range will be from $72,000-$95,000, depending on experience.
Position Summary:
The Process Engineer is responsible for developing designs according to customer requirements and assist in developing processes to achieve final product results.Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide engineering and technical support for production Oversee process control programs Perform trial planning and execution Analyze process variations and develop solutions Design and develop new process systems Create product specifications, work instructions, test methods and quality plans Apply lean manufacturing methods to support plant continuous improvements efforts Assist team members in solving customer complaints and issues Use technical data to determine performance and recommend improvementsExperience Needed:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field Process engineering experience with web-based processes and converting systems is highly preferred Experience with coating, laminating, and metallizing is helpfulAbout Talento Search Group:
