Process Technician

Process Technician Responsibilities Set up injection molding machines and change out molds. Ensure new jobs start up correctly. Monitor performance of machines and molds. Troubleshoot any issues with machines and molds. Troubleshoot robotics including Epsin, Yushin, and Yaskawa/Motoman. Start and operate 3 and 6 axis robots. Communicate with maintenance and department manager about breakdowns and repairs. Promote safety and housekeeping by keeping the area clean. Strong understanding of the plastic injection molding process. Ability to set up and operate 3‑axis and 6‑axis robots. Experience in troubleshooting molding quality and machine performance issues. Work Environment This role is set in a manufacturing environment that is not temperature controlled but remains cool with overhead fans. The shift is from 6 am to 6 pm on weekends, where you work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours. Training is provided on the first shift with 8-hour shift Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plainfield, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
