You will leverage your technical expertise in robotics and systems integration to optimize production workflows and ensure the highest standards of equipment performance. Responsibilities Lead the development of comprehensive equipment specifications and manage complex project lifecycles from conception to implementation. Drive operational efficiency by overseeing conveyor and paint-line projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing manufacturing infrastructure. Translate technical requirements into actionable plans, focusing on material handling solutions that enhance throughput. Perform rigorous on-site inspections and quality assessments to validate system functionality and safety compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to master advanced paint shop technologies and troubleshoot system bottlenecks. Develop and maintain precise technical documentation to standardize maintenance protocols and inspection procedures. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in automotive manufacturing engineering or a related industrial equipment role. Strong practical knowledge of industrial robotics, automation, and maintenance best practices. Proficiency in MS Office Suite for project reporting and data analysis. Demonstrated ability to manage projects with a balance of office-based planning and shop-floor execution. Preferred Skills Experience with SEIBI methodologies or similar lean manufacturing frameworks. Technical proficiency in CAD or AutoCAD for equipment layout and design. Background in specialized paint shop systems and high-volume production environments.
