• Primary Responsibilities
• Partner with the Engineering Director to gain a deep understanding of our technological capabilities, equipment, and various customer applications.
• Engage with clients to discern their production methods, technical requirements, operational challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Transform customer needs and process dynamics into dependable, efficient, and safe equipment solutions.
• Conceptualize and develop technical specifications and system designs for custom-engineered machinery.
• Execute detailed engineering assessments related to pressure and thermal dynamics.
• Analyze and validate process-flow diagrams, P&IDs, instrumentation, and control strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering.
• Lead design evaluations, conduct risk assessments, and participate in equipment testing, commissioning, and startup.
• Diagnose and resolve issues pertaining to equipment and processes.
• Provide comprehensive technical support to stakeholders, including customers, manufacturing teams, and project groups.
• Ensure that engineering designs adhere to performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Essential Qualifications
