- This is a hands-on position that requires a broad understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Perform daily sustaining engineering activities, including lot disposition, SPC monitoring, and investigation of out-of-control conditions. Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is required.
- Monitor key process parameters to ensure process stability, recognize and investigate process deviations, disposition out-of-specification products, and perform problem-solving activities to address yield loss and line loss issues.
- Understand equipment operation and process interactions and identify potential equipment or process issues through observation and data analysis.
- Assist with new equipment startups, qualifications, and process baseline development for both new and existing tools.
- Identify and address throughput constraints related to equipment, processes, materials, and operating procedures.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and other support organizations to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements.
- Maintain ownership of assigned tools and processes, including documentation, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and performance monitoring.

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting established project deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on documentation and process control.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Out-of-Control Action Plans (OCAPs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
