Job Description

Process vacuum systems engineering role focused on vacuum equipment sizing, application engineering, RFQ review, proposal support, commissioning, and system optimization. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 3+ years of direct experience with design, sizing, and application of vacuum ejectors, eductors, liquid ring vacuum pumps, and hybrid systems Experience in design engineering for process vacuum systems Experience in application engineering for process vacuum systems Expertise with process vacuum equipment and systems Experience selecting and sizing vacuum equipment and auxiliary equipment Experience reviewing end-user RFQs Experience supporting performance guarantees for vacuum systems Preferred Skills Experience with vacuum ejector systems Experience with eductor systems Experience with liquid ring vacuum pump systems Experience with hybrid vacuum systems Experience troubleshooting existing process vacuum systems Experience with system optimization and debottlenecking Experience with startup, commissioning, and performance validation Experience developing standard or modular vacuum systems Knowledge of process vacuum separation technologies Knowledge of energy optimization in process vacuum systems Job Responsibilities Review end-user RFQs for technical and engineering requirements Select and size vacuum equipment and auxiliary equipment to meet end-user requirements Support performance guarantees for process vacuum systems Support troubleshooting of existing vacuum systems Support system optimization and debottlenecking activities Maintain, develop, and improve proprietary vacuum system application and sizing methods Support proposal development, including technical descriptions, performance guarantees, and scope definition Serve as technical interface between customers, sales, and internal mechanical engineering teams Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and technical presentations Support system startup, commissioning, and performance validation as required Assist with development of standard and modular vacuum systems Support development of technical literature for vacuum systems Provide feedback on customer needs, application gaps, and product improvement opportunities Monitor industry trends in process vacuum separation technologies and energy optimization
Pay:
