• Full-time Our client an aerospace company located in Westfield, MA is looking for a Process Engineer for a 1st shift Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm direct hire opportunity.

The Process Engineer will be responsible for providing engineering support to the manufacturing operation on a daily basis. This position will also support the development of new processes, improving existing processes and implementing process changes.

Responsibilities:

Support the creation of process documentation and operating instructions Design manufacturing fixtures and tooling, create finished drawings Work closely with engineering quality and operations associates to identify and implement process improvements Perform time studies as needed to update standard travelers and identify areas for improvement Identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve manufacturability and reduce scrap Assist the quality department with non-conformance investigation including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

Skills Needed:
